USDA PRIME

通常 COSTCO 裡賣的美國牛肉等級，都是屬第二級的 USDA(*) CHOICE。但今天竟然有頂級 PRIME 的無骨牛小排耶!!!

雖然家裡還有剩之前買的 CHOICE，泰咪爸還是無法抗拒誘惑的又搬了一盤 PRIME 回家.....

照片或許看不出哪裡不同 (尤其已經料理過了)，但泰咪現在知道，多那至少 20~30% 的價格不是假的啊～

COSTCO usually sells USDA CHOICE (2nd grade) beef. But, today we saw USDA PRIME (top grade) rib eye steak!!!

Though we still have some CHOICE rib eye uncooked from the last time's purchasing, Tammy's dad couldn't resist the allure of beautiful PRIME beef.....

There may be no obvious difference from this pix, but after the taste, now I know the value of that 20~30%'s price why PRIME is higher than CHOICE!
